摘要
人与自然的和谐是构建和谐社会的基础。我国面临的人与自然关系的严峻挑战,成为经济社会进一步发展的制约因素。我们必须面对现实、分析原因、提出对策,以保证“十一五”规划提出的各项目标的顺利实现。
The harmoniousness between human and nature is the foundation for building harmonious society. China is facing the severe challege of the relationship between human being and nature, it is becoming the restrictive factor to further develop the economy and society. We must face the reality, put forward the countermeasures, give the guarantee to complete all tasks that advanced by the Eleventh Five-year Plan（2006～2010） of National Economy and Social Development of China.
