水痘减毒活疫苗Oka株的分子生物学特性 免疫原性及安全性 被引量:5

Molecular Biological Characteristics,Immunogenicity and Safety of Live Attenuated Varicella Vaccine Oka Strain

摘要 水痘是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(VZV)引起的一种高传染性的呼吸道疾病。目前预防接种是控制感染唯一的有效手段。现在使用的是Oka株水痘减毒活疫苗,疫苗Oka株独特的分子生物学活性可能与减毒作用相关。健康和免疫系统受损的个体,在接种Oka株水痘减毒活疫苗后都能产生特异性的体液和细胞介导的免疫应答,并能预防水痘的发生。30余年的临床应用表明该疫苗是安全有效的。 Varicella is a highly infectious disease caused by varieella zoster virus (VZV). Vaccination provides the best means to control the infection. The Oka strain of live attenuated varieella vaccine was developed. The molecular biological attributes of Oka strain may be responsible for the attenuation of virus. Varicella vaccine has been shown to induce the specific humoral and cellular immunity after immunization,in both healthy and immunocompromised individuals, and vaeelnation appears to offer proteetion against varieella. More than 30 yearg clinical experience with the Oka varicella vaccine confirms the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.
