摘要
微格栅砌体是一种集耐火特性和绝热特性于一体的新型炉体砌筑材料。利用有限元分析程序ANSYS对微格栅砌体的结构力学特性进行了模拟分析。对微格栅砌体应力分布的定量分析表明:微格栅砌体完全能够满足工业炉炉体的力学性能要求。另外,对微格栅孔型结构变化对砌体应力分布的影响进行了系统研究,为微格栅砌体的优化设计提供了依据。
Micro-grid brick is a new kind of furnace construction material, which can be of both refractory and heat insulation. The mechanical characteristics of the micro-grid material for furnace construction are numerically simulated with the infinite analysis program ANSYS. Quantitative analysis for the stress distribution has proved the feasibility of micro-grid material application in industrial furnace. In addition, the influence of the hole structure on the mechanical characteristics of micro-grid material has been studied systematically so as to offer a guidance for the design of optimized structure of micro-grid materials for furnace construction.
