海洛因复吸模型、机制和干预的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 作者建立了环境、药物可获得性线索以及条件性线索诱导的海洛因复吸模型;观察到在海洛因戒断后条件性线索诱导的海洛因觅药行为可以持续存在,觅药行为的强度与摄入的药物剂量有关;而小剂量海洛因抑制了长时程戒断后的动物觅药行为;发现杏仁核参与吗啡戒断反应,内侧僵核与条件性线索诱导复吸有关;初步观察了多巴胺、GABA以及谷氨酸受体等参与了海洛因复吸过程,为海洛因复吸的治疗研究提供了基础。 The context, discriminative, or conditioned cues associated previously with heroin reinforcing are dissociable in a model of heroin relapse in rats. Heroin seeking behavior is persistent following withdrawal from heroin self - administration, and the strength of drug seeking is related to the dose intaken during training. However, the low dose of heroin inhibits drug seeking induced by conditioned cues following long - term withdrawal. Moreover, the activation of central nucleus of amygdala or medial part of lateral habenula is involved in mediating the morphine withdrawal or drug seeking. The primary data showed that the dopamine receptor antagonist, GABA receptor agonist or glutamate regulator participate in the heroin seeking induced by conditioned cues, and the results support the study of these receptors antagonists or agonists for the treatment of heroin addiction.
