摘要
汉武帝朝的酷吏政治是当时社会各种矛盾激化和汉武帝使用酷吏加以解决的产物。它大体上分为四个阶段：汉元光、元朔期,酷吏随儒家政治代替黄老政治而起；汉元狩、元鼎期,酷吏张汤决断国政,酷吏政治取代了儒家政治；汉元封、太初期,在杜周、王温舒的示范下,从中央到地方都出现了大批酷吏；汉天汉、太始、征和期,酷吏政治的恶性发展导致了官僚队伍的分裂,终于酿成“巫蛊之祸”。前期,酷吏镇压的主要对象是豪强,作用也是积极的；后期,酷吏镇压的主要对象是普通民众,不值得肯定。酷吏政治恶性发展形成的“巫蛊之祸”给社会带来了沉重灾难。
The longtime execution of oppressive politics during Hanwudi emperors ruleis the result of the intensiiication of various social conflicts and the emperors ways of solving them by using oppressive officials. It generally can be divided into four periods ：Yuanguang,Yuanshuo time, oppressive officials came to power with the replacement of Confucianism with Huanglao polities; Yuanshou ,Yuanding time ,ZhangTang, an oppressive official controlled the state affairs,oppressive politics took the place of Confucianism; Yuanfeng,Taichu time , with the example set by Duzhou and Wangwenshu ,there appeared lots of oppressive officials from the central government to the local government ;During Tianhan,Taishi and Zhenghe,the vicious development of the oppressive politics led to the split of the officials ,and finally ＂The dister of Wugu＂ occurred.
