摘要
在社会主义新农村建设中,农村公共产品的供给对于农村和农业建设至关重要。本文从明晰产权角度分析现行农村公共产品供给体系存在的问题,并给出了一些提高农村公共产品供给效率的新思路。
In building the new socialist countryside, it is of vital importance to provide sufficient communal facilities and services for the countryside and for the agricultural development. This paper studies this problem by analyzing the existing problems in communal supplies of the countryside, and proposes some solutions to upgrade the efficiency of communal supplies for the countryside.
