摘要
本文用高效液相色谱法,采用Nova-Pak C18色谱柱,以非那西丁为内标,乙腈:醋酸钠(24:76)为流动相,流速:每分钟1.2ml,在入235nm处,对炎特灵片中的磺胺甲基异恶唑和甲氧苄氨嘧啶含量进行了测定,磺胺甲基异恶唑和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的最低检出限为0.2ng和0.35ng,并进行了线性关系和回收率的测定.
The high performance liquid chromatography is used to determine sulphamcthoxazole and trimethoprirn in Yanteling Pian. A column is packed with 4um Nova-pak C 18 and detected at 235 nm,the mobile phase consists of acetonitrile, acetate sodium buffer(24 :76)with the flow rate of 1.2ml/min. Phenacetin was used as internal standard. The lowest detecting limits of sulphamethoxazolc and trimethoprirn are 0.2 ng and 0.35 ng respectively and the linear relationship and recovery percentage are also determined.
