摘要
本研究以β-蒎烯为原料,经月桂烯、柑青醛、环柑青醛、1,1-二甲基-6,6(7,7)-二羟甲基八氢萘等中间体,合成了具有龙涎香型香料分子结构的环状缩醛,环状缩醛相对环柑青醛收率为66%。产物用HNMR、MS测定。
The cyclic acetal exhibiting ambergris-like structure is prepared starting from β-pinene, the intermediates synthesized based on β-pinene are myrcene, myracaldehyde, 1,1 -dimethyl-6 ( 7 ) -methylal-octalin and 1,1-dimethyl-6,6 (7,7)-dihydroxymethyl-octalin. The total yield of cyclic acetal is 66% calculated based on 1,1-dimethyl-6 (7)-methylaloctalin. The resulted substance is the desired product proved by HNMR and MS.
