摘要
对先进控制技术在大庆石化分公司炼油厂一套常减压装置的应用情况进行了论述。常减压装置应用先进控制技术后,控制效果得到了改善;实现了稳定操作;提高了高附加值产品收率。先进控制技术作为一种优化控制手段,可以在炼油厂的其它装置上推广应用。
The application of advanced process control technology in the first crude unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company is reviewed. With the advanced process control, control accurate and control stability were improved. The high value product yield was increased and quality overmuch was reduced. As an optimization means, advanced process control should be popularized in other units of petroleum refinery.
