摘要
文章从UTM和SOC的角度，阐述了UTM和SOC在构建数字图书馆安全管理体系中的现实依据、实现目标及实施方法，并提出了数字图书馆安全管理体系构建的流程。
The article discusses the actual probability and the aim about building a digital library security management system from the point of UTM and SOC and addresses how to achieve the aim while bullding it, as well as puts forward buiding flows of the digital library security management system in the end.
