摘要
武汉在中国的中部崛起战略中起着至关重要的作用,选择武汉作为中部崛起的战略支点,是由城市实力、经济区位、资源配置及产业转移能力所凸现出的战略地位而决定的。本文分析了武汉发挥战略支点作用的主要障碍和制约,指出武汉发展应以提高城市竞争力为主线,瞄准四个主导方向和一个基础方向,从而在中部崛起中发挥更大的作用。
Wuhan plays a crucial part in the strategy of central region growing up in China. It is selected as the fidcrum of this project for its strategic status related to its own strength, economic location, capability of resource collocation and industry diversion. The current study analyzed the major obstacles and restrains for Wuhan to bring its role of a fidcmm in the strategy into play. It pointed out that the development of Wuhan should follow the core of improving its competitive power, aimed at four dominant directions and one basic direction, so that it can exert more to the strategy of central region growing up.
