摘要
资产证券化作为一种重要的金融创新工具,对现阶段的中国有着重要的现实意义。分析了资产证券化的含义和历史沿革,探讨了适合我国选择的证券化资产,在分析我国资产证券化现实障碍的基础上,提出了我国资产证券化的对策。
As an important facility of the financial innovation, the asset securitization has very important actual significant on China in recent period. This paper analyzes the meanings and the historical revolution of the asset securitization, probes into several kinds of the securitized assets that are suitable to our country＇s selection, and based on the actual obstacles of our country＇s assets securitization, puts forward some countermeasures for our country＇s asset securitization.
