摘要
为了解决检测元件的非线性和分散性造成的每台仪器必须单独编程、检测元件互换性差、仪器维护困难、难以批量生产等问题,提出了一种采用开关状态组合的直流接地电阻检测方法,采用2个可控电子开关,通过编程改变开关状态组合,产生3个有效电路结构,根据基尔霍夫定理建立不同电路结构下采样电压的线性方程组,从而得到直流母线正、负极对地电阻和母线电压的数值;在每个输出支路上设置1个微电流传感器并对其进行巡回检测,可以求得每个支路正、负极对地电阻的数值。新方法的采用大大简化了电路设计,降低了成本,提高了数值检测精度,消除了非线性元件引起的仪器的分散性,大大简化了生产过程。
In order to enhance the consistency and convenience of maintenance of the apparatus used for measuring insulating resistance between ground and DC power supply, a new measuring method was proposed. Three valid circuit states can be achieved by means of two controllable switches. Three equations describing the relationship of circuit parameters in the three states can be obtained according to the principles of electric circuits. Solve the equations and the resistances between ground and negative and/or positive bus can be obtained. Only several resistors and one analog input channel are needed for the precise measuring of the resistances. The measuring circuit and the manufacturing process are simplified and the costs of the apparatus are reduced effectively. The precision of value measuring and reliability of the apparatus are enhanced greatly.
