国有企业人才队伍的稳定要考虑市场的因素,树立与时俱进的现代人才新理念,通过建立公平竞争、优胜劣汰的人力资源管理机制和管理体系,保证企业各方面稳定、持续的发展,增强企业的核心竞争力。
To stabilize talent team of state-owned enterprise, we should take into account of market, establish new talent concept of advance with time, by means of estabhshing human resources management mechanism and system of fair competition, the advanced wins and the lower be wiped out, ensure enterprise develop stably and continuously, enforce core competitive force of the enterprise.
