摘要
重点研究如何设计基于G IS的配电网供电可靠性定量评估系统。传统的配电网供电可靠性定量评估系统往往是孤立的系统,不便于进行数据获取以及计算结果的输出与管理。现在G IS在配电网管理方面的广泛应用不仅大大提高了配电网的管理效率,而且还可以方便地直接为各种配电网计算与分析系统提供网络信息与设备信息。基于此,该文提出并实现了以G IS作为数据和管理的开发平台,将传统的配电网供电可靠性定量评估系统有机地构建其上,不仅使原有的系统具备了更高的灵活性,而且方便了配电网供电可靠性评估结果的分析和管理,同时也符合目前在配电网管理中各系统相互融合与实现信息共享的趋势。该文的设计思路对于基于G IS的其他配电网计算和分析系统也具有一定参考价值。
The paper focuses on how to design a quantitative assessment system for distribution network reliability based on GIS. The traditional quantitative assessment system usually is an isolated system and inconvenient to get data and to manage the results. With the broad application of GIS in the management system of distribution, it has not only improved efficiency of the distribution management, but also provides original data to different kinds of analysis systems. Based on the status, the paper puts forward and realizes a quantitative assessment system for distribution network reliability using GIS as a data and management platform, which possesses more flexibility and makes the management of results more convenient, while it is suitable for the trend of amalgamation and information sharing for all management systems. It has also a reference value for other GIS-based distribution network calculation and analysis.
