摘要
采用化学药物引起急性肝损伤,观察黄芪总甙(TGA)对小鼠肝脏的保护作用。实验结果表明,TGA(40、80mg·kg-1·d-1,ig×10d)可对抗四氯化碳(CCl4,0.1%花生油溶液,10ml·kg-1,ip)和醋氨酚(AAp,250mg·kg-1,ig)引起的小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的升高,并对CCl4和AAP所致小鼠肝脏病理损伤有一定的保护作用。
The protective effects of total glucosides of astragalus membranaceous Bge(TGA)on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) and acetaminophen(AAP)in mice were investigated.The results showed that TGA(40,80 mg·kg-1·d-1,ig×10 d) could significantly inhibit the elevation of ALT and AST in serum induced by CCl4 and AAP.It was also found that TGA could reduce the liver lesion by CCl4 and AAP.
