摘要目的:了解拉米夫定联合干扰素和其他药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的进展。方法:检索国内外公开发表的文献为依据,对拉米夫定联合干扰素和其他药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效进行综合分析。结果:联合用药经随机临床试验研究发现,由于受不同的研究对象或不同的联合用药形式和疗程等主要因素的影响,其研究结论并不完全一致,目前国际上还没有肯定的联合治疗方案推荐用于临床。结论:尽管如此,慢性乙型肝炎的治疗未来的重点方向仍然是联合治疗,尤其是多种不同作用机制或位点的药物前后序贯和交替的联合治疗。
