摘要
对液相色谱-质谱联用中一种新型的电离技术——大气压光电离作了介绍,包括电离机理(直接光电离和助剂辅助电离),离子源的结构和影响电离的因素。对其在药物分析中的应用进行了综述。
A novel method of ionization in liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry ( LC - MS)-atmospheric pressure photoionization ( APPI ) was introduced, including ionization mechanism ( direct photoinization and dopant assisted photoionization), ion source structure, and the factors that influence the efficiency. Applications on pharmaceutical analysis were reviewed.
