摘要
目的:测定大败毒胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用 RP-HPLC 法,Agilent Zorbax SB C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),B-RP(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),流速1.00mL·min^(-1),检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.114～1.14μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率98.8%,RSD 为2.0%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该中药的质量控制。
Objective：To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Dabaidu capsules with RP - HPLC. Methods： Agilent Zorbax SB Cls column （ （4. 6×250mm,5μm ） ,B - RP（4. 6 ×250mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water （ 15 ： 85 ）, the flow rate was 1.00 mL ·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results：The standard curve of paeoniilorin was linear in the range of 0. 114 - 1.14 μg. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. The average recovery and RSD were 98.8% and 2. 0% （ n = 5 ） respectively. Conclusion：Results obtained showed that it＇s a reliable and accurate and reproducibility method for the quality control of Dabaidu capsules.
