摘要
采用化学沉淀法在制得的Ni(OH)2胶体中加入聚沉剂聚丙烯酰胺使胶体快速沉降,所得非球形Ni(OH)2粉末振实密度达2.3 g.ml-1。XRD分析表明所得材料为β-Ni(OH)2,其结构整体较为完整,局部晶格有缺陷。扫描电镜显示其颗粒为较规则的长方形。在无任何添加剂的情况下,电性能测试表明,β-Ni(OH)2样品的第一和第十次放电比容量分别达218.1和211.5 mAh.g-1。通过比较,表明采用此改进的工艺制备的非球形Ni(OH)2,其振实密度、形貌、电性能等明显优于传统的制备方法。
The colloidal Ni (OH)2 was prepared using chemical precipitation method. The colloid settled out rapidly when the coagulant agent polyacrylamide was added to. The tap density of the prepared non-spherical Ni(OH)2 powder reaches 2.3 g·m1^-1. XRD reveals that the material is β-Ni (OH)2 and has better structure on the whole, but lattice defect in part. SEM demonstrates that the shape of the particles for the material is regular rectangle. Electrochemical property tests show that the discharge specific capacities of the β-Ni(OH)2 samples without any additives for the first and the 10th cycles are 218.1 and 211.5 mAh·g^-1, respectively. Compared with the traditional technology, the non-spherical Ni(OH)2 prepared using the improved technology is much better for the tap density, shape, electrochemical performance, etc.
