摘要
卵巢早衰是一种多病因所致的卵巢功能衰竭，一般人群中发病率1％-3％。基因突变、自身免疫损伤、受体异常、先天性酶缺乏和物理化学因素损伤等可能参与了卵巢早衰的发生。卵巢早衰治疗困难。本文介绍近年来国内外学者对卵巢功能衰竭病因的研究及中西医结合治疗此病的进展。
Premature ovary failure is a failure of ovary fuction caused by many causes. The incidence of disease was 1% - 3%. Gene mutation, autoimmue damage, receptor abnormalities, enzyme deficiencies and pysical chemistry factor may influence the occurrence of premature ovary failure. The treatment is difficult. This article introduced the progress of premature ovary failure etiology and the treatment with combined traditional Chinese-Western medicine in recent years.
