摘要
建国以来,我国国有企业从无到有,从小到大,取得了巨大的成就,但也面临很多深层次的矛盾和问题。国有企业技术创新经历了一个漫长的过程,表现出连续性和阶段性。国有企业技术创新出现与制度创新协同化、互动化以及创新模式自主化、联盟化的发展趋势。国有大中型企业只有科学选择技术创新模式、努力提高技术创新能力、正确认识和处理几个相关的重大关系问题,才能最终搞好国有企业技术创新,真正建立现代企业制度和社会主义市场经济体制。
After the founding of new China, state-owned enterprises have risen from zero, from small to big, got great achievement, but are facing a lot of high-layer contradicts and problems. The technology innovation of state-owned enterprises has gone through a long course, showing the character of continuity and stage. The technology innovation of state-owned enterprises and the innovation of institution take on a developmental trend in coordination, mutual act as well as self-independence and alliance in innovation mode. Only large and middle-sized state-owned enterprises scientifically choose technology innovation mode, make efforts to heighten ability, correctly recognize and deal with several serious relations concerned, can they eventually deal with technology innovation in state-owned enterprises.
