摘要
合成了一系列不同相对分子质量的聚丙烯酸钠,应用于建筑瓷的坯体中,研究了聚丙烯酸钠对建筑瓷坯体强度、变形率的影响,并对聚丙烯酸钠增强机理进行了探讨。结果表明:聚丙烯酸钠可有效地提高建筑瓷坯体的成形强度,减少成品的变形率,当增强剂c加入的质量分数为0.6%时,坯体的干燥强度增加率达175.5%,成品的变形率从30%降低到5%。
Sodium polyacrylate of different molecular weight was synthesized under different reactive condition and it was used as reinforcing agent of the building ceramic body. The effect of sodium poly- acrylate on the strength of the ceramic body and the degree of deformation of floor tile was researched. Through adding sodium polyacrylate into the ceramic body which may effectively increase the strength of the dry body and decrease the degree of deformation of floor tile. When reinforcing agent c adding content is 0.6%, the strength increasing rate of the dry body is 175.5% ,and the deformation rate of floor tile is decreased from 30% to 5% .
