介绍了珠江堤防特殊的地理位置和现状;提出了珠江堤防管理的理念、任务和管理规范化、法制化的要求;介绍了水利管理单位改革的主要内容。
The special geographic location of the Pearl River levee passing through Guangzhou city and its present situation are described; in addition, the management idea and jobs, the requirement of setting up normalization and legalization system about management work are presented; the principal reform substance of water conservancy management sectors is described also.
