摘要
通过对运行中单芯高压电缆外护套故障的调查和分析,提出应采取的对策及在停电状态下的检测方法。
The countermeasures that should be taken on sheathing failure of high-voltage single-core power-cable and the inspection measures under power-cut state are proposed by means of investigation and analysis of the in-service power cable.
