儿科学教学中穿插课间见习对学习效果影响的初步探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨临床课教学中课间见习对学习效果的影响。方法将学生分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用课堂教学与课间临床见习相结合的方式进行教学;对照组采用传统的课堂教学模式进行教学,比较两组学生间的学习效果并进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生的学习成绩优于对照组学生(P<0.01),问卷调查结果也肯定了课间见习对学习的促进作用。结论临床课教学中适时穿插课间临床见习有利于学生巩固理论知识,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。 Objective Research the affection of learning on job timely to knowledge results of pediatric students. Methods Divided the students into two groups : one learning on job in good time called experiment group, another learning in traditional mode called eonstrast group. Then we compare and questionnaire the knowledge results between the two groups. Results Experiment group students studied better than that of eonstrast group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The questionnaires also strengthened this theory. Conclusions Learning on job in good time ean improve students' ability to master the knowledge and improve their ability to analyse and solve a problem.
