摘要
研究了V-4Cr-4Ti合金的氧化动力学,采用XRD分析了在不同温度下,合金表层氧化物的形成过程。结果表明;V-4Cr-4Ti合金在300℃~400℃范围内,氧化速率很慢,氧化增重随时间的增加基本保持不变,在500℃~600℃化速率显著加快,其中600℃时的氧化增重是500℃时的10倍。表层氧化产物在400℃后逐渐形成,主要产物是V2O5。
The oxidation kinetics of V-4Cr-4Ti alloy at 300℃~600℃ was determined and the oxide formation on external oxidation layer at tested temperatures was analyzed by XRD. The experiment results show that the oxidation rate of the tested alloy is very low at 300℃~400℃ and the mass gain after oxidation nearly remains constant with the oxidation time increasing. However, the oxidation rate is increased greatly at 500℃~600℃, and the mass gain at 600℃ Was about 10 times as much as at 500℃ for the tested specimen. The oxide on the alloy surface is formed gradually over 400℃ and its phase structure is mainly V2O5.
