摘要
我国高校变革的外在表现是各大学纷纷建设新校区,新校区校园文化建设的优劣将直接影响大学功能的发挥。新校区校园文化是指大学人在新校区内外部环境的互动中形成的校园生活方式以及所具有的追求、价值观、信仰和情感表达。新校区校园文化可分为物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化四个方面,它们可分别概括为“意”、“雅”、“和”、“真”四字。在新校区校园文化四个方面中,物质文化是基础,行为文化是方式,制度文化是保障,精神文化是核心。新校区物质文化的理想是将校园建成园林,追求高雅、深刻、博大;行为文化方面应尽量克服新校区只住一二年级学生和无教师居住的问题;制度文化方面应有创新地复制原有制度;精神文化方面应创新地继承学校的传统。
The change of outward appearance of universities in China is that many universities have built new campus district one after another. The advantage and disadvantage of the culture construction in new campus district will influence the function of universities. The culture construction in new campus district is a life style of persons in the universities with its pursuing, values, belief and the expression of emotion that is formed in the interior and exterior environment in new campus district. The culture construction in new campus district can be divided into four aspects such as matter culture, behavior culture, system culture and spirit culture which can be replaced by the four words of connotation, elegance, harmonious and truth finding. Of the four aspects, matter culture is the basement, behavior culture is the manner, system culture is the guarantee and the kernel is spirit culture. The aim of matter culture in new campus district is that the campus will become a park and pursue elegance, profundity and vastness. As to behavior culture, it should get over the problems that there are only new students in new campus district and no teacher lives there. About system culture, it should copy the old one innovatively. And spirit culture should inherit the tradition of universities innovatively.
