摘要
三维弹簧在工程中应用很广泛。但它在计算机上造型却具有复杂性。本文通过具体分析螺旋线的形成机理及其数学模型、实体造型的方法和三维弹簧的形状特点,实现了用计算机对三维柱形弹簧的造型。从应用实践来看,非常成功,对用AutocAD进行三维造型具有参考价值。
3D spring is used widely in engineering fields. But solid modeling with computer is complex and difficult. The paper establishes a computer method for Solid Modeling of 3D columned spring based on the analysis of form mechanism, mathematics model of helical curve, and based on solid modeling methods & shape of 3D spring. Its application practice shows that method is successful, it is of referenced price for 3D solid modeling based onAutoCAD.
