复方丹参注射液对内皮前体细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察复方丹参注射液对体外培养猪内皮前体细胞氧化应激损伤的保护作用。方法:建立猪内皮前体细胞体外培养模型,在培养液中加入100μm o l/L过氧化氢及不同浓度(1、2、5m g/L)复方丹参注射液,测定细胞增殖活力(MTT法)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及细胞凋亡率。结果:过氧化氢使细胞增殖活力下降,使LDH、MDA含量增加,细胞凋亡率上升,复方丹参注射液可使上述结果改变并呈浓度依赖性。结论:复方丹参注射液对内皮前体细胞氧化应激损伤有保护作用。 Objective:To observe the protective effect of injectio salviae miltiorrhizae (ISM) on cultured endothelium progenitor cells (EPCs) oxidative stress injury caused by hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), Methods:EPCs were cultured in vitro,then 100btmol/LLH2O2 and ISM of different concentration were added into culture medium. The proliferative activity of cells (MTT assay), the concentration of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),the malondialdehyde (MDA) and the rate of cell apoptosis were assayed, Results: Compared with the control,LH2O2 decreased the proliferative activity,increased MDA,LDH and the rate of cell apoptosis. ISM altered the above-mentioned results in a concentration dependent manner. Conclusion : ISM can protect EPCs from oxidative stress injury caused by LH2O2,
