摘要
以苯甲酰氯、硫氰酸钾和芳胺为起始原料,合成了1-苯甲酰基-3-芳基硫脲1a～1g,再与水合肼反应合成了2,5-二取代-1,3,4-三唑2a～2g.化合物2的结构经IR,1HNMR和HRMS确证.
2,5-Disubstituted-1,3,4-triazole derivatives were prepared by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate with 1-benzoyl-3-arylthioureas obtained from the reaction of benzoyl chloride, potassium thiocyanate and aniline, and their structures were confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR and HRMS spectra.
