摘要
研究了电力市场的特点和现状。首先分析了发电厂商竞价上网的基本过程,然后建立了具有约束条件的发电厂商竞价数学模型,最后给出了基于博弈论和概率论的竞价策略。
The behaviors and current situations of electricity market are studied. The intemet bidding process of power plants are analyzed. The mathematical model for bidding with technical constraints is established. The bidding strategy based on game theory and probability theory is suggested.
