摘要
分析了房地产金融市场发展中存在的问题,论述了房地产金融市场的发展趋势,提出了改进房地产金融市场中的措施:加大房地产信贷监管力度,创新抵押贷款工具,将房地产资金信托转变为真正意义上的房地产信托,完善金融体系,建立和发展金融二级市场,建立个人信用制度,稳定房价,加快经济适用住房建设,完善住房制度。
This article analyzes the problems existing in recent real estate finance market, discusses the development trend of the real estate finance market, finally some measures are brought forward： to strengthen the administration of real estate credit system, to innovate the tools of mortgage loan, which change the real estate fund trust to be the real estate in trust in deed, to improve the financial system. At the same time, to build and develop the branch of the financial market and the personal credit system. Also, the stable house price, construction of cheap house and mature real estate system are very important.
