摘要
随着我国经济发展的需求,建设项目对森林资源的破坏问题已日益突出,实行森林生态效益补偿成为我国社会经济发展的必然趋势。对建设项目征占用林地实行生态补偿的必要性和可能性进行了分析,提出了补偿的方法。
With the need of economic development of our country, the destruction of engineering projects to forest resources is becoming more striking. It is necessary for the social and economic development to implement forest ecological benefit compensation. The feasibility and necessity of ecological compensation implementation are studied and the method for the compensation is proposed.
