摘要
分析了手机后盖的结构特点,介绍了以Pro/E软件作为开发平台设计手机后盖注射模的步骤。叙述了对模具进行结构自动优化设计,仿真充型和运动仿真的过程。采用Pro/E软件进行手机后盖注射模设计,可大大缩短设计时间、降低设计成本,提高设计精度和效率,对同类产品的设计具有一定的参考价值。
The structural feature of cell phone rear cover was analyzed, and then the injection mould was developed based on Pro/ E software. The process of auto-optimization design of mould structure, simulated cavity fill and dynamic simulation was described. The practice of design based on Pro/E software can greatly shorten the time and lower the cost, improve the precision and effi ciency. It can be certain reference to the design of similar products.
