摘要
介绍离合器从动盘总成中的一种典型波形片零件的冲压工艺及弯曲成形模设计。探讨了2种结构模的设计原理、优缺点及相关注意事项。实践证明:其工艺合理,齿槽弯曲成形模结构新颖。
The stamping technique and design of bending former for a typical waveform piece in clutch driven plate assembly were introduced. The design principle, relative merits and precautions for two structures were discussed. The application showed that the process was feasible and the structure was originative.
