^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖-正电子发射断层显像在肺癌中的应用价值

摘要 肺癌的发病率在我国逐年上升,而传统影像检查对肺癌的诊断、分期、疗效评价及预后评估存在一定局限性。18F-脱氧葡萄糖-正电子发射断层显像(FDG-PET)作为一种功能影像已较广泛地应用于临床,在一定程度上弥补了传统影像学的不足。现就其在肺癌诊断和治疗中的应用价值进行综述。
