摘要
目前高层建筑大部分采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙或筒体结构,施工中大多采用泵送混凝土进行浇注。而大量工程实例表明,剪力墙上出现裂缝的现象较为普遍。本文以国内外已取得的钢筋混凝土裂缝控制,特别是地下室外墙裂缝控制理论为基础,结合某单位14号高层建筑为例,通过详细的调查分析,总结出泵送混凝土浇注的剪力墙产生裂缝的具体原因,从而提出相应的预防措施,取得了良好的效果。
At present, most of the high-rise buildings use the structure of reinforced concrete shear wall or cylinder, and the most are poured by pumping concrete. It is proved from many engineering instances that the cracks in shear wall are comparatively common. Based on the theory of crack control of reinforced concrete achieved at home and abroad, in particular, the crack control theory of basement the exterior walls in through calculating and investigation, the reason that cracks appear in the shear wall poured by pumping concrete is analyzed by taking No. 14 high-rise building of a certain unit for example. And the corresponding measures to prevent the cracks are put forward to get good effects.
