摘要
目的:探讨乳头内陷的治疗方法。方法:应用乳头乳晕下组织松解对乳头形成内支撑,应用乳晕双“Z”瓣对乳头颈部形成外支撑。结果:13例患者25侧重度乳头内陷得到矫治,24侧乳头形态自然,乳头高度及大小满意,1侧因松解不充分于术后1月复发。结论:该手术方法是修复重度乳头内陷的一种较好方法。
Objective To find more effective therapy to repair sunken mammilla. Methods Use the tissue valve under mammilla and areola to form the internal support to mammilla; use the double ＂Z＂ valves of areola to form the external support to the neck of mammilla. Results 25 cases of serious sunken mammilla were repaired. The repaired mammilla of 24 cases looked natural in appearance with satisfied height and size of mammilla. 1 case recurred after one month of operation due to insufficient relaxation. Conclusion This type of operation is a relatively more effective therapy to repair serious sunken mammilla.
