摘要
计划经济下形成的全国统一的工资制度与分灶吃饭的财政体制自相矛盾,与各地的经济发展水平、消费水平不协调,不适应。在不发达地区会造成巨大财政压力,并加剧行政事业机构和人员膨胀。因此,全国统一的工资制度应当改革。
The conflict between nation＇ s unified wage system and division eating style under plan - oriented economy can＇t adjust to economic development and consuming improvement, which in underdeveloped areas would cause great fiscal pressure and intense expansion of establishment and staff, therefore it is necessary to reform the whole country＇s wage system.
