摘要
构皮滩水电站三叉口混凝土生产系统采用了预冷混凝土生产的工艺流程,其生产能力为常态混凝土595m3/h、预冷混凝土385 m3/h。该系统在设计、工艺流程、布置和设备参数的选择,以及施工安装的过程中充分利用了一些成功的经验,选用的工艺设备先进、经济合理,使整个系统便于程控管理。系统投产至今已生产商品混凝土约19万m3,质量符合要求,运行正常。
Process of precooling concrete has been adopted in Sanchakou concrete producing system. Its capacity is normal concrete with rate of 595m^3/h and precooling concrete 385m^3/h. Some successful experiences were fully applied in its design, process, layout, selection of equipment parameters and installing. Whole system is easy to manage by program control because selected equipment is advanced, economic and reasonable. Since the system was been put into operation, it has normally operated and already produced commodity concrete about 190 000 m^3 with qualified quality up to now.
