摘要
慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者常伴有营养不良,其发病机制为多因素参与,而患者就餐引起低氧血症直接影响热能的摄入,使患者的营养状态恶化。本文主要介绍COPD患者餐后低氧血症的易患因素、发生机制及可行的应对措施等,以利于COPD患者餐后低氧血症的进一步研究。
Malnutrition is common in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Ahhough its etiology remains unknown, multiple factors may be involved. Meal-induced hypoxemia can directly affect caloric intake and deteriorate nutritional status. This article summarizes the possible risk factors, mechanisms, and feasible countermeasures of meal-induced hypoxemia in patients with COPD.
