开展吉林台一级水电站工程建设的水文、地质、水工、机电、施工、水库等多专业的全过程技术和管理综合咨询工作,采用阶段性、专题性、及时性咨询方式,对建设过程中遇到的施工导流、筑坝材料、基础处理、边坡支护处理、泄洪建筑物布置及结构、施工进度安排及下闸蓄水等重大技术问题,及时提出切实可行的咨询意见,为建设单位提供决策依据,是工程建设安全可靠、经济合理、技术先进的重要保证,为工程顺利实现下闸蓄水和机组投产的既定目标奠定了良好的基础。
The technical consulting services for the construction of Jilintai-Ⅰ Hydropower Station involve all technical aspects and entire process of the project construction including hydrology, geology, hydraulic structures, electro-mechanical, construction and reservoir. The consulting services are provided in stages, subjects and at times whenever necessary. Suggestions and recommendations are made timely available to the developer during the entire construction period of the project, for key technical problems concerning the fiver diversion, building materials, foundation treatment, slope protection, arrangement of water releasing structures, construction scheduling and filling of reservoir. The technical proposals and recommendations of the consultants have laid good foundation for the developer to build a reliable, economical and advanced project and for the success of reservoir filling and commissioning of the project.
