摘要
喀什河是新疆境内较大的河流之一,规划总装机容量1429MW。在新疆电网火电比重高、没有全部联网的情况下,加快喀什河流域水电梯级开发可以改善新疆电源结构,促进电网安全运行,促进少数民族地区经济发展和社会稳定;同时,有利于合理调配有限的水资源,改善新疆区域生态环境。
Kashi river is one of big rivers in Xinjiang. The total planning installed capacity is 1429MW. As is known to all, the proportion of thermal power is more in the whole network and the network is not complete yet. so speeding the development of the hydroelectric station can change the electric power network composition ,make the network work safely and promote the economic development and social stability of zone of minorities. In view of the intension of water resource of the world and serious lack of water in Xijiang, the development of the Kashi water resource is urgently needed.
