双石汤对高血压病血管内皮功能保护作用的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察双石汤对高血压病的临床疗效及其对血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:75例高血压病患者,随机分为2组:治疗组39例,对照组36例,2组均按常规口服降压药治疗,治疗组加服双石汤,2组疗程均为8周。并对两组治疗前后血压、血液流变学指标及内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)进行测定比较。结果:治疗组临床症状总有效率为89.7%,对照组为86.1%;治疗组血浆ET水平及ET/CGRP比值降低,血浆CGRP水平升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:双石汤可以保护高血压状态下的血管内皮功能。
