详细介绍了一款基于单片机的智能锅炉控制系统的设计。该系统能根据锅炉现场检测的各个状态做出实时精确的自动控制,如实现温度、压力、水位等的监控,具有事件与参数记录、数码管显示、报警、系统参数设置、手自动切换控制及与网络、打印机通信的功能。能够快速、稳定、安全、可靠地对工业锅炉进行智能化控制。
This paper introduces a design of intelligent boiler control system based on single chip. This system can do the real -time precise automatic control according to each condition examined from the boiler scene, such as realizes the monitoring of the temperature, the pressure, the water level and so on. It has the event and parameter record, the digital tube display, reports to the police, the system parameter establishment, the hand automatically cuts of the control and with the network, the printer correspondence function. It can be fast, stable, safe, reliable carries on the intellectualized control to the industry boiler.
