无花丹参叶盘组织培养再生体系的优化选择 被引量:1

摘要 以丹参极品———无花丹参幼嫩叶片为外植体,对丹参的组织培养及植株再生体系进行优化选择,筛选出了能直接诱导芽再生的培养基MS+6-BA及直接诱导生根的培养基1/2MS+IBA。结果表明,该体系与通过愈伤组织获得的再生体系相比,提高了其有效化学成分的含量,为改良丹参品质及产量提供了技术支撑。 A genetic transfomation regeneration system from aseptic seedling leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was developed. Adventitious shoots were directly induced and regenerated from leaf explants of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, and the medium MSA-6-BA, which could directly induce shoot regeneration, was used. Shoots were rooted on half-strength MS media with IBA. The results showed that compare with regeneration system mediated by callus, this system could increase the chemical composition and supply a new technology for improving quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
