摘要
中小学教师心理健康问题日益受到社会各方面的关注。“职前和职后教育相结合”心理健康教育模式的设想,为解决教师心理健康教育缺乏系统性的现状进行了理论及实践的探索,能够在一定程度上解决中小学教师日益严重的心理健康问题。
The mental-health problem of the middle and primary school teachers has drawn more attention from all sides of the society. This paper puts forward the imagination of the patterns of mental-health education through "linking pre-the -job education with on-the-job education". In order to settle the status quo of the lack of the systematic nature in teacher's mental-health education, the paper engages in an exploration of theory and practice. In a certain degree, it can settle the increasingly serious teacher's mental-health problem.
