摘要
首都博物馆椭圆斜筒体外装饰青铜幕墙总高度48.2m,面积4750m2,采用壁厚为1.5mm的有仿青铜器纹理的薄壁异型曲面铜板,现场安装采用三维空间测量定位、无龙骨安装技术。实践证明,板间缝隙的安装精度仅为5mm,节约了工程材料,降低了成本,加快了施工进度,取得了一定的经济效益。
The exterior decorative bronze curtain wall of the oblique elliptic column which is 48.2m high with area of 4750m^2 adopts 1.5 mm thick grained profiled curved bronze plate. Three-dimensional setting-out and non-joist technology were employed in the site erection. Practice shows that the erection precision of the plate seam reaches 5 mm. With materials being saved, costs reduced and schedule accelerated, it has achieved some economical benefit.
