摘要
目的对职业紧张量表的结构效度进行验证。方法随机抽取某医院医护人员318人作为样本,对OSI-R进行效度评价。采用验证性因子分析的方法验证OSI-R的结构效度。结果ORQ、PSQ和PRQ的各项目以及3个问卷的整体结构均比较合理,基本符合OSI-R的理论构建。多数条目在相应项目上的因子载荷均具有统计学意义(P<0·05),但某些项目的条目与该项目之间的载荷不具有统计学意义,某些项目的条目对其他项目具有交叉度量性。结论OSI-R经适当的修订后,其结构效度会进一步提高,更好地作为职业紧张的测量工具。
Objective To confirm the structure validity of Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition (OSI - R). Methods A sample made up of 318 doctors and nurses was random - sampled from some hospital and used to evaluate OSI - R's validity. We applied confirmatory factor analysis to test the structure validity of OSI - R. Results The whole structure of three questionnaire ORQ, PSQ, PRQ and every item of them are all in reason and consistent with OSI - R' theory construct. Most of factor loadings to its items are of statistical, that is P 〈 0.05. But some factor loadings are not of statistical and some can measure other items. Conclusion OSI - R's structure validity can be improved after revised properly. OSI - R can be better used to study occupational stress.
